  I called in for a door panel. The man who answers the phone was rude. He stated he would call back within an hour. 2 hours went by so I called back. When I called he was upset that I called. He said he would call me back in a rude manner. After I told him that he didn't need to be rude he said " I don't have it" and hung up. Terrible customer service.

  Ordered a used car part and when it arrived it was broken. Not from shippi, part was taken off a broken motor. Had to argue with the guy for a week and then show up in person just for a refund. The drive was 4 1/2 hours away. Thanks Zemco's, I will never shop here again!
